Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- 2403 is an outstanding villa located directly in the center of the property with views of Land's End, the gorgeous grounds of Villa La Estancia and Infinity views of the Sea of Cortez.
-You'll enjoy the beautiful warm decor allowing you to feel all of the comforts of home, still enjoying everything Cabo has to offer.    
-Sit out on one of the largest terraces for a cocktail in the evening or grilling fish you may have caught during the day.  
If you want to take a break from the heat, you'll have flat screen tv's in all of the rooms.  
The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations or shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries). 
There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc., Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area. We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Beautiful views and very comfortable setup. The entire property is well maintained with the convience of several restuarants pools to access between the 3 locations. Also loved just relaxing on the large balcony with the sound of the oceans and gorgeous view. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Cabo.

We truly can't say enough good things about our stay here. The property is stunning. The view cannot be beat. Everything was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable. My family had an amazing time here. The condo is more impressive in person and the balcony is the perfect place to unwind and get out of the sun. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could want and it was nice to be able to grill with a view. You can walk into town but grabbing a quick taxi is easy too. We’re already planning to come back!

Condo is as advertised. Well appointed with great onsite amenities. Fitness center was well equipped and we were even able to get in a few mornings of Pickle Ball!! Seamless and easy check in and the staff was superb! We can’t wait to get back to Cabo and stay here again!

The villa was beautiful and very clean. All the ameneties made our stay so convenient. It was a fantastic place to stay for my wife and me with plenty of space for our kids, ages 18 and 20. The beach and pools were well-kept and the view was beautiful––with the exception of some cruise ships blocking our view of Los Arcos on some days. It was easy to get a taxi to town, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and resort!

This is the perfect location for proximity to the Marina, amenities and the swimmable Medano Beach. Jane and her team communicated well and did not disappoint. First time staying at Cabo and what a vacation we had, a large of which is owed to the location and quality of this unit at Villa La Estancia! In addition to the great listed amenities, this unit also has "the little things" like a lime squeezer, thermos, and Ziploc containers. Impeccable property, fantastic unit, great customer service, swimmable beach front, walking distance to downtown Cabo; what more could one want! And a final shout-out to Joel, our concierge, who made sure anything we needed during our stay was taken care of. Thanks, Joel, and we'll be back!

Wonderful view and property! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was well appointed and beautiful. It was nice for two couples. The bedrooms were opposite sides of the unit so you had privacy while sharing the common space. The propane for the grill ran out and the on-site personnel came and exchanged the tank and we continued with our grilling. The on-site drinks were pricey. The walk into town was easy, but a little dark at night. We enjoyed our stay and the view was wonderful!!

This place has almost all you need. Small things like a make up mirror in the master would be nice or USB ports instead of having to search for plugs. Other than that, it is an unbeatable experience. The condo is dated but is still beautiful and clean. The view can't be topped. It's not my first time here and won't be the last.

This is our favorite property to stay in and the room was perfect. Everything was in working order. The room set up was fabulous and the location and view were superb. Our only issue was the settings on the stove had worn off and we couldn't see what we were setting the burners at - high-medium-low. I emailed the property manager for help but didn't receive a response. Other than that communication and everything else was great.

Check-in process was quick and easy. We arrived at the room and Johana met us with fresh guacamole/pico de gallo and margaritas. Everything in the 2 BR / 3 Bath suite was expected, including the spacious balcony with amazing views of Lands End. The only issue we had was that the ice maker in the full size refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but bagged ice was provided until it was fixed after a few days. The pool in VLE was heated to 89' which was very comfortable. Added bonus was tracking all the cruise ships that were coming and going and being able to avoid the crowds in town. It was easy to utilize Uber for getting around ... most rides were under $10.

The Estancia was beautiful, spotless inside and out. Staff was so friendly & helpful. Our unit was so luxurious. It had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. We honestly didn't want to leave. Ashley and Joel were on top of everything! The view from our unit was the most incredible view! We took cabs to the grocery store and shuttles to the excursions. All the drivers were great. A couple didn't speak english so we used an translation ap on our phones, which was a lifesaver. We never felt anything but safe while in Cabo. We sat on the balcony watching the waves every morning and every night. The scenery looked like something out of a movie. We will definitly go back & stay in this unit!!!
