This beautiful and cozy new apartment features two bedrooms, including a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size bed in the guest room. The spacious dining room and comfortable living room offer ample space for relaxation.

We welcome pets, ensuring that your furry friends can join in on the fun. A pet fee of $100 USD per pet will be charged, and certain pet rules apply.



Please note that the Riu beach is not suitable for swimming. For swimming, head to Hotel Me at Medano Beach and follow the recommendations of the Mexican Marina regarding beach flags and warnings. Check the weather forecast before your arrival, as weather conditions in Cabo can be severe.



Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of $100 USD will be requested. Parties are not allowed, as the building is family-oriented. One parking spot is available for regular-sized cars.



The main renter must be at least 25 years old, ensuring a pleasant and responsible stay for all guests.

The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to medano beach, near to costco, Walmart and office depot. 2 miles from downtown, 40 minutes from the San Jose del Cabo Airport



Getting Around:

We have one parking spot for your convenience. However there are taxis and buses to go around. Always is great to rent a car to move freely



Other Things to Note:

They are building a new complex just next to our bulding , there will be construction workers and maybe noises during day working hours. The Riu beach is not suitable for swimming, you will need to walk to Hotel Me in order to swim at Medano Beach and follow the Mexican Marina recommendations about the Beach flags warnings. We do not control that like the weather. Please be aware that weather can be severe in cabo. Check on the weather before your arrival.



Enjoy Cabo in this amazing villa. For your security we have cameras outside the apartment and the ring in the front door. There are also cameras outside the gated community surveillance.
