The pool towels weren’t washed I believe they just dry them but they stink a bit. The kids water slide it’s a bit old needs a bit of maintenance. The gym was always clean with waters and towels. Room service was good maybe just the menu needs to change it’s very basic.

Our waiter at the pool Alehandro Aturro was awesome! Over at the adult pool. Go see him !!! He was the best part of our trip. His service to us was a 10 hands down. The rest of the service could be much better. They are short staff and there is always a long wait at the front desk and for any room amenities needed.

We had the swim up room and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband and I traveled without any kids so it was nice to have the swim up room facing the adult pool. The variety of food options was great…restaurant, outside barefoot grill, 24-hour room service. Great nightly entertainment for adults (live band) and children (current movies on an outside screen). Only downside is that you cannot swim at the beach at the hotel because it is too dangerous. Watching the waves day and night was extremely peaceful though. Other public beaches (Chileno Bay and Playa de Santa Maria) are available nearby (about 8-10 mins away)…catch an Uber (super cheap!).

We had a lovely time. Property was a bit smaller than other resorts but it worked for the time we were there and for having small children. The kids club was amazing! We loved the staff so much. This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive.

Overall, very good experience. The area and swimming pools were well maintained. Staff were friendly. As we went during an off period there was no buffet available for lunch as well as dinner. The only options for dinner were the grill, an Italian restaurant and a French restaurant. The French restaurant does not allow children so that made it difficult for us. The wait times for the other restaurants were very long. overall great experience, but food options were lacking compared to other all-inclusive hotels.

It was a great place, just like I remembered 10years ago. Our room was ocean front and newly renovated with beautiful taste. Bordeaux and Italian restaurants are a must. Didn’t care for breakfast buffet, eat at seaside grill. We were celebrating our anniversary and everyday they had a surprise in our room for us. Overall I would rate it a 10 for the amount you pay. Great place to stay and recommended!

Grounds were clean and beautiful, I unfortunately didn’t find the food very satisfying. I did have one good dinner at the oceana restaurant. I went for a wedding, if I were to go for relaxing and quiet I would not choose this hotel, but if you have a young family with kids it’s a great place. Also the ocean is beautiful but you cannot safely wade in it from this side of Cabo.

Overall this is a beautiful resort! The restaurants are amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the poolside staff was excellent! We were there to celebrate our friends birthday and they took great care of us!!! Would book this same location again in a heartbeat!!!

Beautiful resort! I stayed there for 4 days with my 2 teenagers and my husband. Our swim out room was clean and well maintained. Food was excellent, the World Cafe buffet lacked variety in comparison with other sister resorts we have stayed at but it was still good quality and tasty. The nightly entertainment was really nice and inclusive of taste. The only thing I wish would’ve been better was the attention from staff. Although most staff members were very nice and helpful there were some that were less than welcoming. I did notice less staff than the other sister resorts we have visited so I’m not sure if it’s just due to work overload since we made sure to tip staff. I do also know we were not the only individuals that encountered this type of issue as we did hear another group of people complaining to a staff member about a bartender as well. With that said, The resort itself was amazing and perfect for a family vacation.

​We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos in August after paying extra for an upgraded room, only to be placed directly in an area undergoing construction with a broken elevator for the first two days. Carrying luggage and navigating construction zones made the start of our vacation a complete nightmare for my family. On the third day, management finally moved us to a quiet room with a working elevator, but they flatly refused to offer any credit or compensation for the ruined days—despite our repeated pleas. Beyond the room issues, the daily breakfast buffet was awful, though it's worth noting the sit-down restaurants on the property were excellent. Given the high price tag and total lack of customer recovery from management, there are far better options in Los Cabos. Be very careful before spending thousands of dollars here.
