Things to Note:

• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.

• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- This privately owned 2100+ sq. ft. villa at Villa La Estancia sets the scene for an amazing vacation getaway!  

- Just steps away from the water on Cabo's most renowned oceanfront, Medano Beach, with the unparalleled sweeping views of the famous Lands End rock formation and Sea of Cortez.

- This beautifully maintained Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.

The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.

The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. Enjoy the views from the fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar.

A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Amazing Stay in Cabo

The place was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean. My friends and I enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. Easy checkin and check out process too. Host will help with anything you need (airport shuttles, reservations etc).

Great property for family vacation

It was pleasant to work with Jane and her team. They helped me with reservations for pickup and drop off for airport, recommendation and reservations for restaurants, and arranging for tours around Cabo. The property is great, very quiet and clean. Restaurants on site are excellent! 5 star experience!
