"Clean rooms. Good staff. My favorite part of the property was the warm pools. The beach was very nice but the waves are very strong. Cant swim very much more than the shore. I would recommend not getting a shuttle and renting a car instead. Not online though, wait till you land and find the National/Enterprise ..."

When we called the front office staff, they immediately sent a maintenance person to our room who proceeded to take the outlets out and install them upside down. ..."

"Everything is alright. The Japanese restaurant food was okay only. Crystal is good. The bad thing is you can’t book uber picking you at your hotel. You have to use their own vendor which is much more expensive if you travel outside a lot. Almost 4 times Uber price."

"We checked in with Carlos, I asked him to confirm there were no feather pillows/comforters in the room due to allergies. He confirmed no feathers anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't check, we enjoyed the resort and the next morning I woke up with swollen eyes. There were feathers in 3 of the pillows. ..."
