We were happy when we arrived until we went to our room. Our room was in a 4th floor and the building didn't have an elevator I asked the supervisor to moved us which they did. Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. ...
