I have literally stayed at some of the motels off of Sepúlveda and they are disgusting. I was surprised to see how clean this property was, I would definitely stay there again.

I had left my wallet in the room after checking out, I realized it when I was already about 30 min away from the hotel. I tried calling, nonstop, to notify front desk staff and ask they not clean the room yet because I was on my way. No one answered the phone. For 30 minutes straight. At one point they started to answer the call and immediately put me on hold, not giving me a chance to speak to someone. I was panicking. When I arrived the general manager was there and said he had been at the front desk this entire time, and that he was “too busy” to answer the phone. FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT?! Mind you, at the time the lobby was empty and he was checking in ONE guest. I was infuriated when I arrived because the phones are there for a reason. Horrible customer service and lack of accountability. Will never book with this location nor any other Travelodge ever again.
