Excellent upscale hotel experience

Free parking right underneath the hotel. Quick easy check in, friendly staff. Complimentary beer and wine happy hour from 5-7 and the bartender was awesome. Very happy with the bathroom lighting and makeup mirror. After a long night out we melted into an incredible comfortably bed. We appreciated their 12pm check out even though we had to leave earlier.

A lot of issues with the room. Toilet didn't work. Bath faucet didn't work. Shower drain stopped up. I complained and they did fix the issues the next morning, but very inconvenient on the day I arrived. Room service menu limited and stopped at 7 pm every night. No room service Monday. No bar to speak of. Happy Hour was worse than a bad airport lounge. One of the worst hotel experiences in my decades of travel. Definitely NOT worth the money. My first time staying there, but will never go back...

Disappointed

Very disappointing compared to the many times I’ve stayed over past several years. Staff was so so - not hospitable or friendly like in the past. Room was noisy so didn’t sleep. Everything is now extra - parking, breakfast, etc. Fridge didn’t work so my food spoiled. Not impressed.
