Walking distance to local beach (which is Topanga and Sunset beaches) and minutes from Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and some of Malibu's best beaches. 5 minutes from the best beaches in Malibu & Santa Monica and close to Venice. Located by the beautiful Getty Villa. Sleeps up to 6 adults can accommodate 7 with an additional (modest) fee. Not for events or large gatherings.

Perfect for family

Kathleen and Chris were the perfect hosts. They greeted us with smiles and with such a warm welcome we immediately felt at home. We had a minor issue (user issue) with the fire pit and when we contacted Kathleen she came immediately and got us going again. The location was perfect, views of the mountain on one side and the ocean on the other. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very close to all of the activities we were there for. The home is older which gives it character and is kept very neat and clean. Kathleen has thought of every detail to make sure her guests feel welcomed and comfortable while there. Our teenagers especially enjoyed the pool and the deck out back. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to coming back!!

One of the easiest VRBO's I've stayed at yet. Kathleen was amazing, she thought of everything! Fell in love with the back patio and pool!

Amazing house!

The house had everything we needed and the backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and the outstanding view. Kathleen was a helpful and kind host who answered any questions quickly! Would love to stay again!

Perfect house for a family looking to relax

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house, which came with everything we would’ve wanted. We weren’t there for long, but we got to use the pool, grilled dinner one night, and sat around the fire pit when the evening got cooler We had a few questions and both the host and property manager were very responsive

Amazing Malibu home experience!

This is a really great home for an authentic Malibu vacation. Very close to the PCH beaches, only a few miles to the Santa Monica pier, located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great pool and backyard for relaxing nights. Kathleen was an incredibly gracious and attentive host, my family and I loved the home and would highly recommend and rent again next time in town!

Great house!

Our family had a great time staying here. Awesome view and we especially enjoyed the backyard. The pool, deck, fire pit, and outdoor furniture are all very nice and spacious. The host and property manager were delightful to work with.
