This property is WONDERFUL in all the ways it can control: clean, clear instructions, good communication, great amenities, beautiful rooftop space. The location is really great if you are using transit -- two light rail stations are nearby, as well as many bus lines. Our frustration was with the INCREDIBLY loud noises coming in from the street -- blaring music, vrooming motorcycles and cars, door alarms -- very late into the night (2:30 am). It was worse Thursday - Sunday. We were glad to have brought noise-canceling earbuds.

Enjoyable stay in DTLA

I had a great stay, the rooftop is amazing, it's close to the bars/ restaurants, the bed was comfortable and the shower is clean. Full kitchen with great coffee.

Ii couldn't sleep party neighbor, front neighbor , two nights in arrow from 9 pm Until 6 am, no stop!!!, the location is good! Ammenities Dryer not working, raining days at lax travel back with some wet clothes.no hair dryer.furnitures and lamps not in good shape.

It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) .

Really enjoyed the stay! Home was very clean and quiet! Rooftop pool is great place to relax! Gym has a variety of equipment. Check in and check out was very simple and easy! no problems at all throughout the stay everything went smooth! Definitely plan to book here again!

It's a "one off" but comfortable

It was a little tough finding the entrance. Matheus was readily available to meet me in the entrance and assist with the room and its amenities. There's restaurants within walking distance and I would consider staying there again.

The apartment itself is nice. It’s roomy and accommodating. Our family of five had plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. However, the traffic outside is so loud. We heard people yelling from the streets, cars driving and backfiring and inexplicable banging noises at literally all hours of the night. Parking is in a lot behind the building and is only $12/day, but it expires at 6am, so we had to get up early every morning to pay for the day. The building is old, so the hot water took literally an hour to warm for a shower in the bathroom with 2 sinks. The other bathroom seemed fine. The building itself seems pretty quiet. We didn’t really see any other tenants. The rooftop access is really nice. There are pools, fire pits, a gym, ping pong table, foosball, grills, and a nice city view. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, close to Universal Studios, The Broad Museum, Angels Flight, shopping, dining and the freeway.

So this was an interesting stay. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, especially on hotels/rentals as I am a frequent traveler. I had booked this stay last minute as the pictures looked charming and the price was almost too good to be true. Was the place terrible? No. Do I think some more photos of the building/property would definitely be beneficial for all future visitors? yes. Now a few things stood out to me. Some may be minor - but worth mentioning. The check in process was very strange. It was a lot of steps, a lot of different numbers to text/call etc , checking email etc. made it a little extra. After them asking how many guests and responding 4, they had 4 towels waiting for us. Now this place has a hot tub and a pool.. I kindly texted one of the managers and asked for extra towels and I was told they did not provide them and we could wash them. I think for luxury apartments, the “security” could have been better. During the day they had a few guys in suits at the desk but the door was left open all day. Same at night , but at night there was usually nobody at the desk anyway.Not sure why we had an entry key fob to enter the door if it was open the entire time. We decided to spend our evening around at the hot tub the first night, just to go up and find 6 very loud and obnoxious older teens very drunk, blaring inappropriate music and cussing, so much so we left. Couldn’t even use the hot tub. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and had to wait hours for them to

This is not a regular hotel. There is no lobby check-in, no room cleaning, no room service, no hotel sign. The address is very confusing: The actual entrance is not what is shown on Expedia nor Google Maps, and is around the corner from the listed address. There is no outside sign to help us. When we got in, there is no person at lobby. The manager got out of elevator 5 minute later. The manager wanted us to text him, no phone call. But he often does not get back, the quickest reply is 30 minutes later. I guess he stays somewhere 45 minutes away from the property. After he texted me that he was coming, he showed up 45 minutes later. The WIFI instructions were wrong. We could not make it work. The manager helped on that. The bathroom lacks storage place. No countertop, no wall cabinet, no shelves next to the sink. The kitchen faucet water lines were connected wrong. hot and cold got reversed. The rooms are clean. Weekend nights are noisy. The loud noise on Saturday night lasted until 3am.

Place was not clean. States its luxurious and it’s not at all. Washing machine & dryer smell very odd. Apartment smells funky, shower liner is really dirty and gross you can tell it hasn’t been changed. Couch has big stain, floor had lots of dust, food crumbs, hair. Pool water dirty and stinky. Only plus side was the rooftop views! also very noisy.

Ideally located and situated close to Hwy 101, this apartment served all of our needs. The apartment was spacious and very clean upon arrival. The check-in process was easy and the check-out process even easier. There is a parking lot adjacent to the complex for ease at $30 per 24 hours. It was an easy walk to LA Historic Park, Little Tokyo, and Grand Central Market. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were top notch. Highly recommend.
