Minutes away from downtown Los Angeles on one side(about 7-10min drive), abundant of Asian eateries on the other side(5 minutes away), this studio unit has an above 4.8 star review rating comes with reliable high speed fiber internet (AT&T 500). fire stick TV with Prime video, and Netflix, WiFi and Ethernet, gas cooking stoves, bath and shower... all that you need for a 1 or 2 people trip, situated in a safe neighborhood, right across from the a big family friendly park with tennis, baseball, swimming pool, play grounds and exercise equipment. This studio unit is located toward the back of the promise, sharing a front gate, backyard and outdoor laundry machines with the Front unit. But it is its own unit, and has its own door, and no indoor living space is shared.
