As soon as I walked in our room, I noticed there was cockroaches crawling on the floor and walls. Sheets were stained, luckily I brought blankets for our car ride. Refrigerator was stained and also seen dead cockroaches.

Alan the hotel manager was professional and accommodating. He has a great staff that will cater to your needs for a great hotel stay. The property is well maintained, parking was easy, room was super clean and smelled great. Comfortable bed and nice towels and linens.

Alan at the front desk was great and accommodating. Check in was quick and efficient. The room smelled great, very clean, and nice linens. Great bed and nice pillows. Parking was very easy. Overall it was a great stay and excellent experience. Great staff here too.

Wish I had better beds and service

It was nice room but the beds are rock hard, bathroom floors get wet easily, all the lamps are broken. I asked for extra towels and an ice bucket without a hole and got met with a lot of attitude. If you actually want to sleep without hurting try a different hotel.

Been coming here for a while now. When I say a while, I mean a few years off and on. Being a local, Ive stayed in pretty much every room including the romantic rooms AKA rooms with hot tubs! But this last weekend was probably the best experience considering that they were very considerate. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me book the remaining weekend when there were no rooms available online. I guess you can say he was able to cook the books. Which allowes me to stay with ease the entire weekend. Til next time. #RJE #UPTOWNLOVE #Crocagator

Person at window for check-in was rude, charged me a cash deposit for the key, but didn’t want to give me back my money at check-out when I returned the key. After questioning him , he finally gave me my cash deposit back.

There was no breakfast although their listing claimed there was. The room was dirty. I found mouse droppings in the bathroom. I reserved the room for five people, but they only gave me two bath towels. They argued with me when I requested three additional towels.

The guy at the front seemed bothered to be asked for some towels kind of rude and after I left my phone was breached for passwords apple notified me there where weird looking ppl seated out front
