Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in a peaceful triplex! Thoughtfully designed for comfort, it features a workspace, in-unit laundry, and a Japanese toilet for a touch of luxury. There is gated parking accessible via the alley. Centrally located, you're just 10–15 minutes from major stadiums and 30 minutes from Disneyland. The Metro station is 1.8 miles away for easy access.
Step into the backyard and enjoy a BBQ, patio set, and a game section featuring giant Connect 4, tic-tac-toe, darts, mini golf, and more. A twin bed with a trundle offers extra sleeping space. While I won ’t be on the property during your stay, I kindly ask guests to respect my triplex neighbors—this isn’t a party home. I’m excited to share this cozy, fun-filled retreat with guests who appreciate a peaceful and comfortable stay!
