This private renovated 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your time in LA. With a full chef's kitchen, bathrooms with soaker tub, large closets and onsite laundry room, you will have everything you need throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a meals using the full size stove, oven and microwave.

This small complex is completely renovated and located close to everything you would need

There is one AC unit located in the livingroom only. The ocean is 2 mile away and provides a cool breeze to keep the place comfortable. There is also box fans in every room.

Guest Access:
The entire unit will be 100% private for guests. The BBQ deck are shared with other guests and residents.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the amazing city of El Segundo, this unit is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. El Segundo beach is about a mile away. Manhattan Beach is an 8 min drive.

LAX is conveniently located 5 min away as well.

Getting Around:
Guests have a dedicated covered parking spot in the complex. There is also plenty of free guest parking on the street located steps from the unit. Many of our guests use Uber/Lyft throughout their stay which is a really cost effective and convenient way to get around LA.

Other Things to Note:

✔️Booked guests only, please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS allowed on the property (at any time of day), without host's prior agreement

✔️NO PARTIES
-Unit equipped with NoiseAware smart home noise detection sensors and monitoring system
-Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation

✔️Community quite hours between 10pm and before 8am - This is a peaceful quiet community.

✔️No alcohol, glass or music at the BBQ deck. Please remove all trash and return furniture to original location.

✔️NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the unit OR anywhere on the property. This has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $200 penalty will be charged.

✔️Guests with zero prior host reviews (or negative/questionable reviews) will be required to pay a $300 additional security deposit. This will be requested through Airbnb's payment system and MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or your reservation will be cancelled (a house rule violation). The security deposit will be returned 1 day after checkout.

✔️LA County requires a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be included in booking fees

✔️All guests must have a valid working phone number so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in non-refundable cancellation of reservation.

✔️Please respect our future guests. Our cleaning crew requires all the time after check-out to prepare for the next guest. Guest must check-out on time. Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate(this can vary from the rate the guesy booked at). This penalty does not provide guest the right to stay an additional night, but serves as a penalty for late check-out only.

When we first arrived on the property there was a smell in the apartment, we weren’t sure what it was at first then later that day we found dishes in the dishwasher that smelled as it they’ve been sitting there a while and had to ask for dishwashing liquid to clean them, which they did provide. There was poor lighting throughout the apartment the only good lighting to get ready was the bathroom and for 2 people sharing one bathroom it made it quite annoying to get ready. Also the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. The location the beach that was listed to be minutes away wasn’t an easily accessible beach(no parking, difficult to navigated )so we drove about 25 minutes to another beach with plenty of parking.
