The hotel is newly renovated which is always nice. The decor was done well. They are understaffed and there was only one lady at the front desk. She was great but certainly could have used some help. Right by burbank airport, very convenient.

Staff was short and rude. Our room had trash on the floor, hair in the shower, toe nails in the bathroom and old food in the fridge. The lighting system is absolutely ridiculous and I asked for help from three different people and never got it. I’d get better service at the Marriott and pay less!

I liked that the bldg was just opened late December and the newness showed. I like that the hot water never stopped and my name always was shown on the many television sets. Also, disability placards don’t pay for parking.

We had a really late check in (12am) and the guy at the front was very attentive in checking us in and answering our questions. He even recommended a restaurant the next day. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms were great with comfortable bedding.
