The rooms are very small and you need to climb stairs to access the rooms a lot of stairs at 78 not good no elevator service you should note on your website.One night I was awaken every hour with a generator going off I had to change rooms.

Front desk was rather cold and impersonal. The attendant who checked me in barely even looked at me. First impressions count. When I asked if there was water in the room, she replied, 'No" but you can go just across the hall and pick up a water bottle on your own". Her communication skills stink.
