We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The room was so big. We especially enjoyed the breakfast service with Laura. She did an amazing job. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room very convenient location if you are going to Universal Studios however parking was not great they had a very small parking lot half of it was for double parking so inconvenient if you need to leave in a hurry.

The carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and dingy. The breakast offered with waffles and omlet are good. The heating pans are not keeping the omlet's warm. Anyone off the streets can enter the garage. The staff mentioned they.have camera's but by then, your car can be vantalized or drove off. I was not impressed at all with this hotel. It's in a shady part of town. I went to 7 eleven across the street and had several people ask me for money.

Location near the Burbank Airport is very convenient. The area seems sketchy but we encountered zero issues. The room that we stayed was clean. One of the days they forgot to leave the two cups for the coffee maker, I wake up an need my coffee, which was a little upsetting, but nothing major. One of the nights we had the fire alarm go off around 11:30 PM we evacuated through the stairs and ended up at the back yard of the hotel, Unfortunately we were trapped, there was no way out, there were about 10 guests in the back yard with no way out, we started knocking on one of the parking garage doors and other guest open the door for us. There was no explanation of what was happening from hotel management, just that it was a false alarm and go back to the rooms eventhough the alarm kept going off. The hotel should look into their evacuation plans and escape routes. Breakfast was basic but good. Great service by the breakfast bar attendant, Laura. Overall is a good hotel to stay if you are in a budget, close and easy access to the freeway.
