Midcentury modern Iconic home perched up in the Hollywood Hills w/ spectacular views of the mountains, city lights, & Hollywood Sign. Designed by famed architect Harry Gesner and built by Norwegian boat builders. Affectionately nicknamed the Boat Houses, they are valued in the architectural canon of Los Angeles.

Recently renovated, 4K TV, 2-car parking, level 2 charger, office area, fast wifi, washer/dryer, central heat/ac. Close to Hollywood Bowl, Universal+Warner Bros. & Burbank Airport.

The Hollywood Hills are great to just pop out and get a good walk in. Also great for walking your dog if you bring them along.

Sleeps 4 comfortably. The primary bedroom can be set up as a King size or 2 Twins. The second bedroom is a King size. Mattresses are comfy Tuft & Needle with Bioweaves organic soft Sateen sheets.

Parking is right in front under the carport and will fit 2 cars. There is a 40 A Level 2 EV charger for your use.

Rental cars picked up at the airport have the best rates.

Lyft and Uber are quick and easy to use to get around.

The nearest bus stop is at Cahuenga Boulevard and Oakshire Drive, approximately an 8-minute walk from Woodrow Wilson Drive. This stop is served by Metro Local Line 222, which operates between Hollywood and Sun Valley.

Additionally, the Metro B Line (Red) rail service is accessible about 1.1 miles from Woodrow Wilson Drive. This line provides connections between Downtown Los Angeles and North Hollywood.
