Rustic and cozy atmosphere with attention to every detail for making our stay relaxing. Near Boulder but away from the hectic traffic, congestion. Niwot is quaint and walkable to small shops and dining. Lovely trees and vegetation together with unique art objects are charming. The Inn has log furniture and electric fireplace in the rooms for ambiance and comfort. Plus several common seating areas to chat, do a jigsaw puzzle or read/relax. The larger common area for included breakfast and evening wine and cheese is also available to lounge during the rest of the day, have a cup of coffee, sit with visitors. Outside patio tables and chairs available as well. Event conference area is very nice, along with nice spa menu for that area. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Will look forward to returning to Niwot Inn & Spa.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter for a track meet. Place is wonderful and the people are terrific. Britney was great at checkin and breakfast is so much better than the normal “breakfast included” hotel crap. Would stay there again in a sec. Keep up the great work

The bedroom was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. So the bed part of the bed and breakfast would be a 5 star. But the breakfast was disappointing. Would have been nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast, instead it was a continental breakfast, so the breakfast part would be 3 star at best. The staff was super friendly. Hence the 4 star overall rating.

The Niwot Inn and Spa is a lovely quiet spot with tons of thoughtful touches like delicious breakfast casserole and a heated toilet seat. Highly recommend.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Niwot Inn & Spa. It was such a cute, comfortable place. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace in our room!! The entire ambience of the Inn was warm and inviting and the staff was very hospitable. We will definitely be coming back!

A great place to getaway for travelers or locals!
We were attending a 1st birthday party for a relative who lives locally and this charming place was a find! The staff, the breakfast casserole and on the last day, the massage! Brilliant! The large, overstuffed queen bed was incredibly comfortable. We arrived on one of the last warm weekends and the easy open windows and AC were welcome. Enjoy this beautifully appointed home away from home. All rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our room and the amenities very much. The staff definitely could have been warmer. In a local bed and breakfast we usually experience a warmth and friendliness that seemed to be missing this time. That was disappointing.

Nice inn between Boulder and Longmont.
Very nice inn with great ammenities and breakfast each morning. Our room had a steam shower and fireplace. Western decor was very unique. Hosts were great.

If I was able to give Niwot Inn 10 stars, I would. My wife and I were in town for a wedding and wanted somewhere fun and unique, a little outside of Boulder. The property is breathtaking, the staff is first class, the amenities superb. Highly recommend

Post and beam marvel.
So great to get out of the cookie cutter concrete Hilton Marriot deal. Modern wood structure. Not to big about 20 rooms. Great bath. Quiet. Parking in back. Landscaped. Free breakfast and wine and cheese. Wonderful. Small town with coffee shop walking distance.

The Inn was very nice. The people were helpful and friendly. It had all the little details that you need; from the fresh cookies when you check in, to the wine and cheese, to the breakfast in the morning. Lovely place!
