The interior consists on the ground floor of an equipped and fitted kitchen: refrigerator with freezer section, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. [hidden] living room with television opening onto the private terrace, a bedroom with 1 140cm bed and cupboard, a bathroom with sink and bathtub, separate toilet, cupboard with washing machine. Upstairs a mezzanine with cupboard, a second bedroom with a bunk bed (2x0.80) and a cupboard. Outside, garden with individual terrace and garden furniture. . About 700m from the beach and 4km from Longeville sur mer.
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Pets are not accepted, Cleaning option €60 upon reservation.

Très bon séjour aux Patios

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la location par rapport à la plage des Conches (2 min en voiture, 10 min à pieds), le local pour ranger les vélos/la planche de surf/celles de Bodyboard, le petit jardin... La maison est bien équipée mais il n'y a pas de Wifi. Bonne communication avec l'agence. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Patios de la mer.
