"Restaraunt was closed when we checked in. Breakfast was ok but overpriced. "

"We stayed in the East Tower. Room was very dated and very beat up. Marks in walls, furniture and doors. No fan in the bathroom and no ability to change the room temperature. The suite rooms are not large and the pull out couch was so noisy we pulled it off the couch and placed it on the floor. Only one elevator was working during our stay and waits to go up and down were extremely (10-20mins) long. The hotel was obviously very top notch when it originally opened but it's well passed the time for upgrades; especially with the nightly rate. Pros were the pool and free/cheap parking. Fridge and Kettle in the room. Also great access to the Richmond Night Market and Skytrain."

"The unit is cute and well laid out. Check in and access were good, and the neighbourhood feels safe. Bus stops very close. Lots of Asian shops and restaurants nearby. Areas of issue: * Ants in the kitchen * Outside security light doesn’t activate. This makes the cement step unsafe and prevents being able to see the keypad. We had to wave our arms - perhaps it’s because we are short. * Bath tub drain leaks - it doesn’t seal properly. It’s OK for a shower but the water drains fairly quickly when you have a bath. * Noise travels between the suite and other units. We were quiet by 10pm but the upstairs people were not; heavy footfall, voices, and other regular living noises. We could also hear the bathroom/tub activities from next door. It wasn’t unbearable but definitely unexpected * No instructions on how the TV works"
