Atrocious

Bewarey - this is not a hotel. There is no standard check in procedure. I was left hanging outside because there was no one to help me get inside and none of their phone numbers worked. They had the audacity to call me at 5pm to check why I did not check in.

トイレやランドリーは聞かないと場所が分かりにくい。 ランドリーは狭く、よく分からないゴミが散乱していて、数週間から数ヶ月間は掃除がされていないようにみえた。 部屋のシャワー室からは妙な匂いがしていた。 ドアのペンキが乾いていないことを、チェックイン時にたまたま近くにいたスタッフが教えてくれたことは良かったです。

This organisation is a scam. Stole my money

This valet apartments organisation are a scam, they trick you to pay a certain amount and will ask for your identification. Then they will come up with another scheme for you to pay a deposit before you can gain access into their property and they will send you bank Details to pay in. You won't be advised prior to you paying the advertised fees. They are a scam. Watch out people, try and avoid them.

Good location,nice studio,questionable cleanliness

The place was nice, didnt have the issues thr other reviewers had so I would stay again. The only thing that could be improved is how they clean their showers since the studios don't have toilets so I guess some people piss in them, and I could smell.

Terrible. Awful. I stayed over Christmas and it was hell. From my very first night at the hotel, I did not get enough sleep because of the noise from the room above me. The ceiling would creak at very early morning, afternoon and night. This caused me so much distress and anxiety that I broke down in tears on my last phone call with one of Expedia customer support.

Chambre pas correct - Bon service

Lieu confortable pour un court séjour avec affaires en plus (sèche cheveux, wi-fi, kitchenette, fer à repasser...). Seulement un chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, on m’a changé de chambre pour le sous sol, donnant côté rue. Chambre froide, bruyante (le voisin de chambre du dessus était très bruyant). Services très facilement joignable et professionnel. Je pourrais reprendre une chambre mais pas sur ce site, ou alors en demandant une chambre en étage.

Amazing location, shame about the apartment

The location was fantastic but that’s the only good thing about these apartments. The ‘apartment’ had a tiny shower in the cupboard that was barely big enough to fit in but no toilet. There was one (not very clean) shared toilet for all 21 apartments in the building, located 2 floors above my room. It was not made clear in the advert that it was a shared toilet otherwise I would not have booked it. It really doesn’t make sense to have a private shower but expect people to traipse up several flights of stairs to use a communal toilet. Also, there is construction work going on right next door which starts from 7am (the law is not before 8am in the UK) and the whole building shakes when they are drilling.

Great value for London and helpful staff.

Great value for a business trip. It’s not luxury but is perfectly functional and the staff try to help as much as they can with check in and out. That was pretty responsive. I was very happy.

Smutsigt och dålig service. Toaletten är i korridoren och jag råkade låsa mig ute då dörren går i lås utan nyckel. Endast pyjamas ingen mobil och inga pengar. Kl är 08.30 och tillslut svarar en tjej i en annan lägenhet och ringer hotellets telefonnummer. De kan komma först 15.30 så jag får sitta i en trappa i 7 timmar i pyjamas och vänta!!!!!

Chambre cosi, propre et chaleureuse très bien située. Petit bémol sur le fait que nous étions la chambre au RDC et par conséquent nous entendions les allers et venus. (La porte qui claque) et il n’y a pas de volet dans la chambre Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle

Horrible, no repetiría nunca!!!

No repetiría nunca en la vida, para empezar reservé 3 habitaciones y cómo no tienen recepción te envían un email con las claves de cada habitación, pues los muy inútiles nos enviaron un email de acceso para cada habitación pero se equivocaron y nos envíaron dos veces la misma habitación!!! Y cómo eran después de las 20:00pm no hay ningún teléfono de emergencia. Así que no pudimos entrar en nuestra habitación esa noche y nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche!!! Pero ahí no queda la cosa, no han querido hacernos el abono de esa noche!! El resto de días la estancia ha sido nefasta, huele a moqueta podrida, baño sucio, leímos letreros en las habitaciones de advertencia que hay amianto y sucio a más no poder... No lo aconsejo a nadie!!!

Watch out. Hotels.com site very misleading. You must be over 21 to book and stay at this hotel. Couldnt stay, couldnt get a refund. Both hotels.com and hotel completely unhelpful.

・立地について 最寄りはサークルラインのベイズウォーターもしくはクイーズウェイとどちらもゾーン1内で利便性の良い場所にあります。 ・施設設備について エレベーターがなく、チェックイン時は荷物を運んでくれましたが、チェックアウト時はフロントが無いため大変でした。 冷蔵庫と電子レンジ付きは助かりました。 トイレは共有でしたがさほど気にならず、男性1人旅では最低限のクオリティはあり、十分かと思います。

I was cheated by expedia. The actual property is noware near what they show in pictures. On the first day i got to know that my bathroom was bigger than complete apartment . i asked help next day from exedia and Valet apartment that i have been cheated and i want my money back buy no help received at all. Please dont go with expedia they cheat you and this apartment never. The bathroom is only that you can stand if you close its door you will choke! Next day i ended up moving to a travelodge and had to bear all the loss as the money never got refunded back to me. Please dont go for it

Maria Conde was quite rude and inflexible when I spoke on telephone 2 days before. I had to wait 20 minutes on the street before someone let me in. The toilet was 2 stories down steep stairs : no mention of this The television did not work properly

Too many steps, good for your exercising

No lift...tooooo many tiny steps...dirty blanket..bed was too much used...if the booking name is not match with you who want to check-in, they not gonna let you come inside even you paid already using ur credit card. There’s no hotel like this Way. Oh, here is not a hotel. Just private property. Anyway . Was sooo uncomfortable for 2nights. The staff was pretty ok. Just the whole system

Prenotate altrove!

Fatta eccezione per la posizione che era ottima, tutto il resto era davvero da incubo. Pulizia della stanza zero, formiche sulla moquette, polvere ovunque, letto pieno di macchie gialle. Un caldo insopportabile nella stanza: alla mia richiesta di spegnere i riscaldamenti (a Maggio con 15 gradi fuori) mi è stato risposto di aprire la finestra. Morale della favola abbiamo dovuto dormire a terra con la sola coperta accanto alla finestra aperta, altrimenti sul soppalco rischiavamo di morire soffocate. Per finire il quadro igienico-sanitario, sciacquone del WC non funzionante. Ringrazio solo di non aver preso le pulci.
