Slight issue with an expired debit card causing my booking to be cancelled on my arrival but the person at the desk was brilliant in sorting this issue, room was great, location is perfect for access to underground, would definitely go back

Not value for money at all No parking very ride and unhelpful staff parking I had to pay an extra £12 for parking I rang the hotel number 4 times but picked up When I enquired the gentleman had such a stinking attitude

Decent place but could use some improvements
Hotel entrance is hard to find if you don't know the area but it is located close to ilford Station and town centre shops. Inside is clean and decent. My room unfortunately didn't have a window and no AC and It got very hot and uncomfortable. Other than that my stay was ok. But there is room for improvement.

Cold water, sketchy place, door knob and amenities broken so smelly end up checking out a day early. Called Expedia to resolve before checking out no help either from Expedia or hotel. End up buying another place on stop for $242 a night because of last minute.

It is a great place to stay. The area is quite busy around. Station is very close to it. Very convenient.

Very basic hotel, let down by poor cleaning
Unfortunately, this hotel is suffering from poor housekeeping and cleaning. The bedsheets were stained and nothing smelled cleaned or fresh. The desk chair cushion was filthy and unable to be used. Fixtures, fittings and general finishes are very low quality and badly designed. I would not stay here again.

Really hit and miss; very disappointing and expected more for the price and advertised features. Loft room on the left, 2nd floor:- 1. Shower head totally crusted over with limescale, very few vents worked. 2. Shower head had no working adjuster to hold it in place. 3. Tile floors were raised and sharp; scratched foot. 4. Toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. Was on the floor. Pretty shocked at that. 5. Sink plug missing, could not fill sink, so wasted water. 6. The Velux windows didn’t seem to seal tightly so lots of noise pollution and clearly wasted heat. 7. The TV screen had been damaged and was not really watchable as had massive pixel tears right down the screen. 8. The 2 plug power-socket on the bedside cabinet was exposed – this is really dangerous for reaching over in the dark. 9. Room was generally grubby, spiders webs in windows. 10. Bed was comfortable. Room 201: 1. Shower hose is ruptured, squirts out sideways. 2. TV had no signal, aerial connection was not in, but when put back into the wall it was clearly broken - would not even tune to any digital channels. 3. Windows were wide open upon arrival. Realised this was because the room smells really bad, like smelly socks. 4. Bedside lights were not working at all, switches were wobbly. Had rooms there which have been tidier and had working and safe fundamental services (TV, Shower, Lights, electric sockets), but makes for a inconsistent and emerging unpleasant experience, with premier hotel prices.

Aircon in room was broke and cpuldnt be turned off. Expelling dirty air into the room. The matresses were rotten. No topper so your straight from the sheet to the matress and who knows who elses sweat and filth. I came home with a rash.. dirty place that i will never return to

Location was good. The bathroom door lock was not working so stayed in the room with half opened door all the time. The bed was comfortable. There was no option of breakfast.

They cancelled our room the day before, when i called to ask why they said its because i hadn't paid for it yet but it was a pay at property room and they said we can pay when we got there if they hadn't re sold the room yet, they were really rude and not helpful at all, will never stay there, awful badly run place

We were not happy to leave the room& come back to find the room was not cleaned. Then tone told that it was not part of the service to clean the room & change bedding if staying more than one night. We found this unacceptable service & not conducive with hotel policy.

Done food shopping and my bag was missing when I came back from work no room service for 3 days had to pretty much beg for it to be done. Woke up with blocked nose air conditioning doesn't blow out heat when set to max at 30 degrees

Decor of room awful, grease finger marks on walls lights not working, TV not tuned in, no lock on in side of bathroom could not connect to WiFi, water in shower not running away had to stop when tray nearly full, air con complicated warm in room through the night. And site very difficult to find

The room needs attention
Looks OK walking into reception but the room was in poor condition. Only superficially clean, needs a deep clean. Air-con wasn't working so I had to show the receptionist how to put new batteries in the control panel (easy fix), toilet roll holder had been pulled off and just left on the back of the toilet, shower door wouldn't stay closed. The shower room door frame had a massive gap at the top so I could see the inside of the stud wall. Several of the floor tiles were cracked. Generally needs an overhaul

This is just somewhere to rest your head.
Not so good. The bedrooms walls need repainting, the lighting was bad. Things looked broken and dirty.
This needs a paint job

Customer serivce was excellent,and staff was helpful(as they changed the room where was a little issue), So for staff and cleaning 10 out 10. And the issue was it was advertised as breakfast included which hotel have stopped due to Covid,it should be updated, and some of rooms dont have even widows for ventilation.
