Jeremiah was friendly, responded quickly, and absolutely great! The apartment was huge, bright and clean and we were so happy to have had this home-away-from-home for a week. Centrally located and loved staying here!

The location was perfect for visiting central London, with easy access to major attractions and transport links. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price is very fair considering the quality of the apartment and its excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Park Lane 2 Bedroom Apt - Perfect for families

Family of 5 stay in 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of room and very comfortable with all facilities working. Washer/dryer very useful. Location excellent and very safe. 10 min walk to Green Park station. Highly recommend. Only negatives: Heat always on which meant apartment was overly warm and uncomfortable at times. Shower in ensuite did not work.

This company is not what it seems. They have fake photographs on display at Expedia, and then they put you up in a flat which is completely different from what shown, at a completely different location in Piccadilly. The flat they put me up at was smelly, dusty, unclean, and no ventilation. They have no central air conditioning, rather they have just put portable ACs with pipes which you have to put out of the window. Hence, you can't really close the windows, and neither can you get any cooling or ventilation. They put me up in a Flat which is bang opposite Piccadilly, and that is a noisy part of town. We couldn't sleep the whole night, as we had to keep the windows open for ventilation, and the noise was coming in the whole night. After I complained, they stopped responding to my calls or messages. I will be filing a lawsuit against them in the County Court this month, and have reported them to Trading Standards UK. I request travellers to be very careful of this company.

The images don’t represent this apartment. The apartment in reality appears to be like the one in the photos, but with true AI filter. Extensive use of gross polyester blankets were used to cover the gross furniture. This host ruined the first day of our trip with their deceitful tactics. This place was so below our standard and so far from what we expected, and was so gross that we desperately searched for alternative accommodations immediately after walking into the room, thankfully finding some availability at a nearby Marriott. The onsite person was kind enough, but completely unhelpful and gave me the number to a manager that I have attempted to contact via WhatsApp and through the Expedia messaging, all to no avail. 5 days later and I’m yet to hear from this scammer. I’m highly disappointed in Expedia for not having better vetting and very disappointed that Expedia has not clear way to remediate this. I’m reconsidering my Expedia use. I’m a Gold member and have extensive travel experience and I have never had such a terrible experience. Be very cautious with any of these apartment bookings, especially in London. Expedia is almost useless and apparently some of the people that rent out these apartments are not decent humans. Great societies are built on trust, these types of tactics erode trust. My advice: don’t chance it.

Located in the center of London. 7minwalk to the Green Station Metro Station Or bus stop. The apartment is not new. We live on the ground floor so there are ants problem. But the manager Jeremiah is really nice and spread the ants killer also vacuum the area. The apartment is very spacious. Good for family with kids. Self cleaning and Self cooking style. Unfortunately the washer is broken so we are not able to wash our clothes. But overall we are happy and the price is fare.
