On the morning of my booking I received an email saying they had changed my place of residence which was a mile further from the place that I wanted to stay in. The address they gave me was wrong so I had to walk around for an hour in the cold looking for the correct one. The beds were terrible and loud.

The apartment is big & cosy. Love the simple and IKEA furnished rooms. The toilet is big and love the clock at the mirror which help one to keep track of the time! Has supermarket nearby and lots of halal food nearby. However, The TV should be mounted on the wall so that the children will not touch it. Overall, a great place.

this was a beautiful unit, modern, clean and well furnished. there is ample space for 6. the pictures are representative of what you will find. we were pleasantly surprised by the great heating (it was cold and rainy out!), duel shower heads (rain and handheld), closet space and large supply of hangers, well stocked kitchen, utensils, appliances and even coffee/tea/milk and a dark chocolate candy bar! the clothes washer cleans in a fast 30 minute cycle. the neighborhood is great, close to the paddington station with lots of cute restaurants, bars and a supermarket. also, the unit was available before the promised time of 2pm. so why is my rating lower than expected? a few reasons: 1. when we arrived there were only 2 bath towels and no hand/face towels. luckily there were some cleaning people in the hall and they were nice enough to grab some towels for us. they also checked the linens and provided what was missing. 2. washer/dryers are difficult to find in europe. we booked this unit specifically because it indicated there was a washer/dryer. well there wasn't a dryer. huge disappointment 3. the WIFI did not work. AT ALL. 4. when we stopped by the PML management office regarding the wifi and dryer, they were very nice. matteo asked us to text and he responded with getting a handyman to the unit. his conclusion was they didn't know how to fix the WIFI and confirmed there wasn't a dryer. when i asked for a partial refund to resolve the situation, he never responded

Buen alojamiento, con 2 pegas, al llegar nos encontramos el apartamento sin limpiar, tal y como lo habían dejado los anteriores usuarios, aunque por la tarde vinieron a limpiarlo y dejarlo bien. La otra es que la limpieza sin estar del todo mal, le faltaba haberla hecho un poco mejor, había polvo en la cortinas y el suelo y restos de suciedad por detrás de los sofás.

Good place for a short stay

It was a good place to stay for one night. For a longer vacation i wouldn't choose it. It was not very clean when we came and some things were not so practical. There were nespresso capsules, but no machine. There was a dishwashing brush (also not clean), but no detergent. The entry of the building was very smelly. But the communication with the agency was fine. We first didn't find the bed linen for the sleeping sofa, which they helped us finding immediately. All in all an ok place, but we wouldn't stay for a longer period of time.

We stayed one night with children 1 and 5. Great location, nice new kitchen and bathroom. Could be cleaner (floors, dishes, oven) and better equipped (no dishwasher, coffee machine, bedside lights). Something could be done to the staircase and entrance as it was smelly and there were bags of rubbish outside.
