"Staff were superb, Hotel is undergoing renovations and the Imperial Hotel next door is having a major refit so the noise at times was loud. On second floor which has just been refurbished, so room was new and clean, facilities a bit lacking, no min bar nor safe, which I regard as essentials at a Hotel in this price range in London. Bar and restaurant were good but no ability to charge to room, again something I would expect. Great breakfast did finish the stay off nicely"
