"Staff were friendly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. We were kindly upgraded which we were very grateful for. The room had everything we needed, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return. "

"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "

"I like this hotel, it’s 5 minutes away from Rusell Square station. It takes about an hour to get to the airport with no transfers. The rooms are comfortable the staff is friendly and have great breakfast. I highly recommended this place "
