Warm Hospitality and Convenient Location"

She and their family were incredibly kind, always ready to help with any concerns. The proximity to the subway station and supermarkets made the location very convenient. It truly was a wonderful experience.

A perfect haven!

I really enjoyed this place! It is a beautiful studio with perfect amount of space for me. I was, also, very happy for the stove, washer/dryer and other amenities especially with the week long trip. The place was very close to the Underground which made travel very nice and the town is safe and very quaint. I definitely would love to return here!

Great place

The apartment was very charming. The park was across the street. Tesco for a quick food was just across the park. The canal walk.. Lynn was a great host and answered all her questions as we ask them. Best job was right down the street.

Great place for a solo-trip to London

Small space but perfect

The host was great and very welcoming and more helpful than I could ever ask. The space was a little smaller than expected (as promised, a studio) but we were very comfortable and the area was immaculate. Such a nice neighborhood, convenient location, thrilled with our choice to stay here.

The location was excellent. Close to the underground and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Only real observation was that the studio was very “tired looking” on the inside. Could use a freshing up (paint/decorating). Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Easy London Access - Quite Location

This property worked out fantastic for my son and I. Our agenda consisted of day trips to various areas in and around London so we didn’t need a large place to stay that was safe and quiet and clean, which this was! Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes access to the Southfields tube station, plenty of shops and access to restaurants near by if you aren’t feeling up for meals in the center of London. Highly recommend.

Pros: - Great neighborhood and surrounding area. Tube bus and Tesco within walking distance as well as a few shops and restaurants - Easy check in process - Flat included basic cooking utilities which was nice for breakfast Cons: - A bit more attention could have been paid to cleaning - Rugs in main room and bathroom don’t feel very clean and could honestly just be taken out (I personally prefer hard floors) - Upstairs can be quite loud at times especially for sensitive sleepers Overall I would recommend this for a budget friendly stay in a really cute area.

2nd time still the charm:

This was our second time renting this listing. We loved it then and now. We stayed two weeks each time. It met our needs exactly. Close to all the necessary amenities. The tube, coffee in the morning, groceries and restaurants. All in a very clean and safe environment. Lubna is a very attentive and accommodating hoist. It feels like home in a very short time. We’ll rent it again!!!!

Conveniently Located Studio Apartment Near Wimbledon

Cozy, clean studio apartment conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance from an Underground station, which provides easy access to Wimbledon and other major London sights. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to grocery stores, pubs and a variety of restaurants. The owner was kind and helpful, making sure that we had what we needed at check in and then giving us our privacy throughout our visit. Highly recommend.

THE best!

Not only was my studio nice, but Lubna and her daughter , Farah(sp?) were the perfect hosts. A very clean and comfortable studio space. And quiet! The block that they're on is really nice too, and you're maybe 4 minutes from the Southfield Underground stop. In fact the whole area is REALLY nice. Great restaurants, my favorite, Franco Manca is no more than a 5 minute walk. SO convenient. AND at least three wonderful coffee shops. Caffe Nero is right across the street from the tube stop. Even coming from and going back to Heathrow is a breeze. One easy change at Earl's Court. I love London and I'd stay at Lubna's in Southfield again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

lovely property

Lubna was unwell at the time, so her daughter gave me a brief introduction + was on hand if I had any queries. The property is very compact - space can seem a little tight in places - but had everything you would need to be self - sufficient. Situated in a quiet, leafy part of London with small local food shops. You really do get a sense of being partly in the countryside, while the tube station is just around the corner when you want more of the city experience. Back at the property, there's a tv with a myriad of channels to choose from.Very occasionally there was some noise overhead, but I was warned in advance + it wasn't an issue. Overall, very reasonably priced + would happily recommend, particularly for solo visitors.

Cosy, clean and so close to everything!

We had a comfortable stay, and the property is amazingly close to good shops, cafes, and 4 mins walk to Southfields Tube Station. Lubna is a very experienced and caring host.

Wonderful location

Chose this location due to the closeness proximity to Wimbledon, but ended up also loving how close it is to the underground and the ease of getting around down to London, etc. I stayed five nights and I saw more than ever expected. I would recommend this location to any individual or couple.

Convenient to Southfields tube station, this studio apartment is well appointed. The host was friendly and very helpful. The full oven was convenient for preparing meals there. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for simple meal making. Food stores are close by near the station.

Perfect for us againBob & Deb From WI. USAWe stayed 12 days in July 2025. This was our third time staying with Lubna at this property. Being our third time says it all. It perfect for a visit to the London area. The tube station makes it very easy to get anywhere. Our host is always accommodating and asking if everything is alright. She is always asking is there anything she can do to make it better. We use it as a base to explore new and old things every day. Hope to get back.

Very efficient and lovely suite

We loved our stay. The apartment is in a great area, only 2 blocks from the tube. Has all of the necessary furnishings. Lubna ŵas very attentive and helpful. Would stay there again.
