The space
A beautiful1 bedroom in the heart of Fitzrovia, Central London.The street is free of any traffic allowing our guests to enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in the middle of London!

The apartment is situated in the lower ground floor with private entrance. A well maintained Victorian building in the heart of fashionable Fitzrovia, this beautiful large one bedroom flat offers bright, modern interiors/whilst keeping its period charm.

The flat comes fully equipped to make your stay in Central London most enjoyable.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio flat during their stay. Included in the rental is full use of the internal facilities, including the fully-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Guests are welcome to use all the amenities provided, such as the flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and central heating.

To ensure a safe and stress-free stay, guests will have access to a self check-in system, which will provide a code to access the property. Flat in line with the ad, just a bit smaller than expected. The area was good, quite central and with lots of transport connections. Beds were good but we would have appreciated blind out curtains. There were toiletries & coffee available. Overall happy with our stay.

Great overall, but some good things to be aware of

The GOOD:GREAT location: short walk to 2 tube stops plus pubs/restaurants/Regent's Park15 minute walk to SOHO. Check-in was great with a lock box. Arrived 11am and they let us leave luggage while they were still cleaning the apartment (check-in time was 2pm, I think.)Fold-out couch was great for our daughter. Our bed was ok; a bit small but ok.Manager replied quickly when called. When we needed a referesh of towels and linens they brought them within a few hours.The BAD:Listing says "fully equipped" but was not. No towels in the kitchen so you couldn't dry your hands after cleaning up. Supplies were minimal. Toaster oven had no oven mitt. We had to use a bath towel to remove a hot tray and it got brown stains on it.Coffee would have been a nice touch; most VRBO's have provided it. We had some bad leftover instant coffee; probably from previous tenant.No washcloths for the bathroom. When asked, the mgr said "we don't provide those." Seriously? In a "fully equipped" apartment?Towels were very thin and had no place to hang them. We had to drape them over the doors which left dirty marks.No place to hang coats in the entry way. A few hooks would've been great.Listing says "lower ground floor." It's BELOW GROUND. Stairwell had a ton of cobwebs and litter. No light at night; my wife said she'd feel very unsafe if she were alone. Under stairs could be a great hiding place for bad guys.Definitely needs a woman's touch!
