"Great area"

"Clean, affordable, cute but too small, only good for a quick weekend stay but not to stay long, they only clean the room every four days, no amenities, taking a shower was annoying, you can easily flood your bathroom/room. no tv but staff for friendly and always willing to help."

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"

One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "
