"I will no be staying here again. My sink, bathtub and toilet plumbing system was so bad. Especially toilet. I could not flush anything down. Bathtub and sink would hold water and would not drain. Beds are ok. Area is ok. Staff is ok except the guy, who was at least trying to be nice and welcoming. "

"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time.
The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow.
The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it.
I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet.
If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "

"I’m really glad this is the hotel that I chose when I came to Chicago. It was extremely clean. The staff was extremely friendly right when I booked my hotel and got there they offered me a room with a city view which made my stay even better the rooftop lounge was really beautiful and it was had such gorgeous amazing views when I go back to Chicago this is definitely the hotel.
