"The room is nice, appropriate size, and in great conditions, but a bit dark. Wi-fi signal very bad to none; they need to add an adapter in the rooms. No shampoo and shower gel in bathroom."

"I would have given him 6 stars if that was a thing. Paolo was a fantastic host. The room was lovely and spotless. The view was charming of the square. I found it funny that the breakfast was actually at a place across the square, and not IN the hotel, but not a problem. The only complaint I had was not their fault-the bloody pigeons!! Don’t get the room on the 4th floor if you want to sleep late.LOL. I though someone was murdering a chicken. It was just the pigeons on the roof above my head! ...

"It was a good location, well connected and has restaurants and gelateria stone’s throw away. The market on Saturdays is a treat! Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

"Excellent choice for the independent traveler who does not need a lot of hand-holding. You must email your ID two days before your arrival. The will then send you the code to access the building and your room keys. The is a very small one-person elevator. The building is old, but well maintained, and the room was very nicely updated. Air conditioning is very powerful and quiet. TV worked fine, with lots of channels, but only a few in English (BBC News, Al Jazeera, NHK World). I could not get the...
