We did not enjoy this property, however the staff was wonderful and very helpful! Location felt unsafe, large gates to enter the property and streets around it dirty and under construction. Our room smelled of strong smoke and there was someone else’s jacket in our closet. Not very clean. Overall poor rating, but front desk staff excellent!

Only stayed for 1 night. The actual property was really nice & had a good breakfast. Location is a bit far from metro, and while bus was good during day we found it a poor service at night.

The breakfast was really great with beautiful croissants of various types, fruit, cold ham, hard boiled eggs, cereals , assorted breads and cheese plus juice and coffee/tea. Best service at breakfast that we have ever had (bravo to Douglas) and wonderful front end staff(Martina and another girl) . We were able to leave our luggage for an extra three hours, which was very handy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Fint hotell med god service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is quite central, with a couple of good restaurants nearby. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. A nice touch was the ice-cold water ready in the fridge. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds. However, there were a few downsides: the noise from the hallway was quite audible, and there were not enough power outlets for a modern family’s needs.

very clean and nice place but the internal noise from hall was very annoying as u could hear every voice and lack of parking if u have car, easy walk to metro and eat, value for money if u need to stay day or two but not any longer

Nice and clean rooms. Property feels safe with security measures. Feels uncomfortable with all the business offices and employees that are working in the same building. Otherwise the staff were nice.

Not really meant for one night stays. Probably fine for a week or more. It’s a good long walk to Lambrate FS, so be prepared if you have a lot to carry. The breakfast is continental, but they also have yogurt and croissants.

Definitely served a purpose.

The hotel was very clean, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and it was in a good location in town. The only surprising thing for us was that our double room did not have an ensuite, but we did have a private bathroom that was on the same floor. And it was a fabulous bathroom. it wasn’t a problem but we just didn’t realise this. A breakfast was included which was simple but nice. A 10 minute walk from the railway station.

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over for a day in Milan with the family before flying home. Room was large and clean, but shower cubicle was tight. Had a nice welcome box for all and the staff were all friendly. Had a nice welcome and felt a safe hotel to be in. Not much in the area but only at a 15 mins walk to the metro stop but i knew this before booking. Good choice for breakfast and staff where friendly throughout our stay. Room connected to the stairwell and could hear people talking from the ground floor lobby. This was noisy but no city noises. No kettle or fridge to keep cold drinks in. Overall I was happy with this hotel and staying here for 1 night.

It was very clean and newly restored. My only complaint is you had to leave your room to walk down the hall a bit to unlock and use your private bathroom. Additionally the beds were just ok. Parking is a bit tough, it is just street parking and could be challenging. We got lucky but if you arrived in the evening you could find it hard to park.

Fint lille hotel uden for milano centrum. 1 km til nærmeste metro. God morgenmads buffet. Opgangen var meget lydt og værelsesdøren var med glasruder med et lille gardin for. Så når lyset blev tændt i opgangen skinnede lyset ind i værelset. Upraktisk om natten
