"I feel a little duped by the reviews and the room on this stay. The hotel is technically in a convenient area to explore the Amalfi coast, if you have a car. It does have a decent view from the terrace, and parking easy on the street, but its not close to get anywhere on foot. But the room we were given was a dark, small, basement room, that smelt of damp and mold, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and furnishings minimal. Check which room for sure before booking. "Best hotel have ever stayed in, a bit higher up the hill which was perfect to escape and chill by the pool. Absolutely beautiful rooms and rest of the hotel. Tizi was fantastic, so warm and welcoming with a great sense of humour too. Definitely stay here!"

"We had the best time at the Gargiulo Suites, it is run by a lovely family who enjoy what they do and are extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are right around the corner from the Piano Di Sorrento train station which makes it really easy to get in and out of Sorrento."

"This was a great place to stay! The AC worked great, very clean, very friendly staff. The only thing was that it was a little bit farther from the center then we thought it was. We had to figure out the bus system, which in Sorrento is a little tricky to figure out. The breakfast was great. The girl server ( I’m not sure of her name) was very sweet and did a great job cleaning our rooms. "
