"The hotel was outstanding! Definitely a five star, the breakfast was very good, I would not recommend the Bistro for dinner there are better restaurants in town. The service was world class and very detailed, turn down service with chocolates and other details. The views from the room were amazing it made it a place I would definitely return to. The staff was very professional, we were greeted at the car and walked in and taken to our room, showed everything in the room and explained all of the things about the hotel. Very detailed and professional!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Europa Palace. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over the Bay of Naples — absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. A fantastic place to stay, great location and highly recommended."

"Excellent breakfast buffet with many, many choices, wonderful big rooms with stunning views of Naples Bay, wonderful sitting areas - garden patio, rooftop bar, etc., short walk to bustling city center made for a nice quiet and very convenient stay. The driver we booked through the hotel (Lucio) was phenominal. He got us safely to our multiple destination and took great care of us, even helping us find tour guides. "

"Great breakfast and the gentlemen at breakfast were attentive and friendly. It’s about a 20 minute walk to main shopping area but there is also shopping nearby. The hotel is located across the street from one of the most popular restaurants in Sorrento. We enjoyed our stay! Only negative is that we had to bring our luggage up one flight of stairs before we could take the elevator to our room."
