"My friends and I recent stay at Hotel Capri was warm and welcoming. The staff was absolutely amazing especially Hotel Manager Teresa going above and beyond ensuring our stay was accommodating. Breakfast was amazing as the vast selection included was over the top. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Sorrento. NY 6 Crew"

"10/10 best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we drove onto the property from the moment we left we were taken care of and treated like family. We arrived a few hours past our check in due to some train malfunctions. The staff and our driver were very flexible and accommodating. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a glass of champagne and personally escorted to our room. Our room was amazing with a beautiful balcony. The whole room was spotless and was cleaned every morning and freshened up while we were at dinner. My wife and I were also celebrating our honeymoon and we were greeted with more champagne and hand written notes from the staff. The spa was also 10/10 and worth the price! We have never felt more relaxed in our life. The beach club is great access however I would give a 3/5. Again this beach club is not apart of the hotel but is partnered with. The food and drinks were great. Comfortable loungers and great access to the sea. However the staff at the club was lacking and were flirting with groups of women and forgot our drink orders a few times. At the hotel pool the staff was very friendly. Aniello took amazing care of us during our stay and helped with reservations, booking transports, and anything we needed. The Michelin Star restaurant at the hotel was also amazing. The included breakfast was personal and delicious, had us going back every morning. The dinner option was also amazing and worth the price. We can’t wait to come back again!!!"

"The view is spectacular. The parking was very good and this location is quiet. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss and the breakfast was fine, but nothing special. They have strict rules around food in the rooms (no meals, which was fine) but the patio view is so amazing I would have loved to have coffee or there in the mornings. I found the bed extremely uncomfortable but my husband liked it, so YMMV. You likely need a vehicle if you plan on traveling to other parts of the coast as this hotel is not walkable to any city centers or much transit but we enjoyed our stay. Perla was a highlight🐈⬛"

"We had an amazing stay! We booked this resort for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to unwind. It is quiet, beautiful and extremely relaxing. A 20 minute bus ride or hotel shuttle brings you right into Sorrento. There are many restaurants walking distance as well. Adriana was so helpful and upgraded our room to an ocean front balcony as a courtesy! The rooms are so clean and have great air conditioning. Marte booked an amazing boat day to Capri for us, she was always so helpful. The pool was always so clean, the restaurant was beautiful and had the perfect poolside and beachside pastas and drinks. We loved the food and the staff was always very kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back! We miss it so much already."
