The location was clean and the air conditioning was a blessing. We enjoyed the view and the pool across the street. The shower did not drain properly and the toilet was dripping the whole stay. Some small maintenance like this would make the property better.

Beautiful property and location, however there are local dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG, right outside the room. sleep quality was terrible. Bus route stop in theiddle of the Sorrento - Positano lone, so very difficult to find a spot on the bus. 3 full buses passed by. Not the best location if depending on bus for travel.

Hello ! the hotel was very net and clean and was enougg for 6 persons . it had a very good view , we enjoyed the sun at the private terrase and Antonio was very cooperative , whatever we needed, i just had to whastapp him and it was done in a minut . For the familie who have children juat notice one thing that it was very up and down atreet like its hard to walk, if you have car with you then ita totally fine otherwise , it was too manay steps (15) walk down to the minimarket and cafebar and the bus which goes to sorrento main walking atreet and the bus which goes towards positano and amalfi. i prefer you all to take a bus to positano its for only 2 euro per person and ita wirth it . even if you wanna go to walking street of sorrento take a bus .. i 100% recommand to book this hotel specially the youngster who has no problem in walking .. Thanks you antonio for the great hospitality . 🇮🇹👌

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Residence L'Incanto Sorrento.The location was quiet and the views from the upper terraces were beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights. Off-street parking was available for free - the small lot is located across the street and a short uphill walk from the accommodations. It was about 20 minutes to drive into the main area of Sorrento, and Antonino recommended a good place to park in town. Antonino was very personable and allowed us to check in early, however instructions for finding the accommodations and parking before we arrived would have been helpful. We also appreciated that complementary laundry was offered, although there was some confusion about that process. The staff washed our clothes, and we assumed they would also be line dried. However, the clothes were delivered back to us wet, and we needed to hang them on a rack in our room to dry. They were not drying well in our room, so we took the clothes and the drying rack up to the terrace, which worked well since we had a nice day.

Wonderfull place.

Wonderful place. Great views of the ocean over Sorrento from the room and the building terrace. The owner recommended the restaurant next door for dinner and that was fantastic. Would highly recommend! Also, only 15 minute by car or Sita bus to Positano or Sorrento depending on which way you decide to go.

This property exceeded expectations. There was no mention about the incredible view of the entire Sorrento that you have from a beautiful terrace. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and sunset with a glass of Prosecco. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space and for a family of five. My only wish list would be that that there would be a washing machine as we had already been travelling for five days and needed to wash clothes. The hosts were so lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Overall and impressive property.

Awesome spot! The owner Antonino was very friendly and extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and amenities in the area. He even arranged for us to be picked up from the train station and we absolutely loved the driver Giovanni- he’s a great guy! L’Incanto is in a charming little part of town but it is a little far from shops and such, which was nice but I would recommend renting a scooter or car to get around- Antonino has a parking spot close by you can use. We would recommend L’Incanto and would stay here again.

Be aware of location

If this is your first time in sorrento, I do not recommend. Very far from downtown area. Bus stop is a 30 minute walk and taxis typically do not go up this far. Antonio was very accommodating to allow us to find another place with a refund. Place was very clean and nice if you like to be isolated from the crowds.

Antonio and staff were extremely friendly. My partner and I got lost and Antonio was very kind to wait for us despite being delayed about 1-2 hours. We definitely recommend a taxi or having your own car. Location wasn’t too far from surrounding areas- 20-30 minutes from Positano with the bus located about a 6 minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean. Although it did get a little cold but there was a heater. Cute local area with amazing views of the sea and an even more amazing restaurant next door. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful view from the roof top terrace. And the rooms were clean. But it was too remote without your own transportation. If you like a strenuous uphill hike ( both ways) there was a minimal convenience store and a restaurant 450 metres away. At least that’s what they said… it seemed further due to the climb. And the restaurant next door opened at 730 pm and that’s it for food. Bring your own groceries if you’re staying here.

The road to access the property is extremely narrow to the point you will need to stop to let oncoming vehicles pass or risk a collision. It is typical for the area. Parking is not on the premises. You need to park in a lot a 150-200 metres away. It’s a steep walk and at night very dark. Shower stall is barely 24”x24” which is typical for the area however makes it difficult for taller adults.

This property is very noisy. The air conditioner stopped working after being there for a few hours and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The cars beep to alert coming around the corner all night long. Very hard to sleep. I would not recommend.

Noisy. Dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG! The balcony of the unit above is directly over our bedroom and chairs moving creates an awful loud noise that kept us awake all into the night. The owner made us pay him an extra 24€ cash for some city tax, which was not advertised on the Expedia page (not sure if it’s legit or not but we paid him to avoid confrontation on our vacation). Not enough coffee pods. Place was remote and a big hike up the hill.
