"The finca is very beautiful, the pool area is awsome, the breakfast table very nice. We appreciated the refrigerator in our room to keep our fruits and drinks cold. Overall we liked the place very much, everything was almost perfect. However, we would suggest the management to improve the rooms, specially the ones at the back of the garden that do not receive much of the pleasant evening breeze, adding at least a ceiling fan because the standard fan provided was only moving the same hot air. "Sehr schöne Anlage. Finca und Restaurant sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage (nur manchmal fahren Motorradfahrer viel zu laut und zu schnell vorbei. Zu sehen sind sie nicht, aber zu hören.) Das Meer sieht man bei dunstiger Wetterlage nicht. Ist ja doch ziemlich weit weg. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nette Bedienung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert."

"Una decepción. Lugar desatendido. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie para resolver dudas o solicitudes. Cuando si estaban, nada amistosos. Baño de la piscina siempre cerrado con llave, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo dejaran abierto para no tener que ir hasta la habitación. Limpian las mesas del desayuno con la misma bayeta que los cojines de las sillas. Se percibe mucha desgana en el poco personal. "

Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways."

"La habitación es tal se ve en las fotos. Lo único malo es que no era una cama de dos plazas, sino dos camas individuales juntas y armadas por separado. El agua de la ducha era muy molesta, regulabas la temperatura y constantemente iba cambiándose sola, de helada a hirviendo. Bañarse era un calvario. El inodoro x la noche no tenía presión de agua y no drenaba. El desayuno un 20, más que excelente al igual que el trato del personal. Al limpiar la habitación no repusieron jabón ni cambiaron...
