"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Roger was an exceptional host!
We had a wonderful stay at the Ardwyn House. Roger and his family were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and friendly from the moment we arrived. His fantastic, scrumptious, and elegantly laid-out breakfast table was a true highlight — a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. 👍 The delicious cakes he served were simply unforgettable!! He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for great service, delicious food, and a personal touch!"
"Easy check in. Nice on arrival to be able to have a meal in there resturant, before being shown to our room.
Room was bright and clean. Room 4 was facing the main road but with window shut no traffic sound so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again if in this area. "
"This hotel was lovely. Rooms were spacious with a four poster bed. Beautiful en suite. Food was mind blowing. Presentation and taste. Drinks at the bar very well stocked and staff were so helpful. They really couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. "
"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card.
The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads.
Plenty of storage for clothes etc.
Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep.
The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. "
