"Lovely cottage and wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ideally site near the centre of Hay and a great base for local walks."

"Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was lovely and so helpful, and the location was ideal quiet and peaceful but really convenient. Couldn't have asked for better, we'll definitely be back!"

"Really good base to have as we spent a week exploring beautiful Mid Wales. Quiet. Really pleased with our stay. Thank you so much."

"Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. "

"Cosy, well equipped cottage in a good location"
