"The hotel was dirty and old, they have drinks and snacks in the minibar fridge in room but no prices so you dont know how much it coast. The is a tv I want to log in to Netflix account or any other apps like YouTube did not work. The pool is always full because they do swimming classes for kids who are not guest of the hotel, everyday for 3/4 hours so you walk all the way to the pool from the other side of the hotel to be told is full and they don’t say come back in 30 mins they say nothing if you ask when should I come back the staff say I don’t know, I’m a paying guest I stayed here so I can use the pool but I can not use it when I want. The pool changing rooms are dirty with cloths or towels on floor no staff about to clean or 1 person at reception , pool is full even before u go to the pool outside the door the is a yellow floor sig saying pool full. So the expect you to walk back 20 mins letter to find out if the is space and if not walk back again I came here to relax. Do not stay here is the worse hotel I stayed in. "

"Booked a double room for 2 nights with pull out bed for my son - his bed wasn’t made up when we arrived - check in staff were rude and disinterested. Walls very thin, reception areas and restaurant nice, first floor, our room and pool area and changing rooms shabby and in desperate need of a deep clean, lick of paint / update. Service slow and ineffectual on several occasions. Several time staff just weren’t there. Surprise £34 charge to park the car in the hotel’s own carpark for two nights (wasn’t outlined on the booking site or confirmation) All in all an overpriced, 2.5 star-ish experience. Bizarre for a crowne plaza / IHG hotel where I’ve usually had decent experiences. "
