No I stucyions on how to work the heating, TV etc I had to contact the owner, and after a few texts back and forth he eventually sent me the instructions and then ignored me the next day when I asked for help with the tv "

"The property was fun to stay in. However, it needed a good clean. The floors were very dirty, you would walk about and have black feet after. Crumbs and bits of food around the kitchen floor. Cupboards were sticky. From when the last person stopped (check out 11 am) and we weren’t allowed to check in till 16:00. I cannot see what was done to the property in this time. There was old happy birthday confetti on the floor. Also, there was washing left in the washing machine. The oven smelled of gas...
