"This is a beautiful property. It’s still recovering from the hurricane so the casino was not open. Very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. However, everyone is working for tips so have cash handy.
Fun activities, food is ok. Get there early if you want to dine at one of the restaurants. Wait lists are long. "

"Huge resort! Staff was nice. I wish they had waitresses that walked around more at the pool. Saw a few, but never once asked if I needed a drink. Buffet wasn’t the best since they had the same things for every breakfast and dinner. "

"We recently stayed at this resort, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The resort was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was actually our third time staying here, and we have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service.
However, we were very disappointed with the restaurant reservation system. According to the website, reservations open at 8:00 a.m. on the same day, but every time I tried to reserve right at 8:00 a.m., the system showed that everything was already fully booked. This happened several days in a row.
During our previous visits, the restaurants operated on a first-come, first-served basis, which worked much better for guests. The new reservation system does not seem to function as advertised, and it was frustrating not being able to secure a reservation despite trying exactly when reservations opened.
I hope the resort reviews this system or improves the process so guests can actually access the dining options that are advertised."

"Was our second time visiting this wonderful property, truly a paradise, and a home away from home. The place is stunningly beautiful and relaxing, the food was terrific and the staff was wonderful and expertly trained when it comes to keeping their guests happy and fulfilled. Thank you Kym, it was nice to see a welcoming face, and those things are what makes it so special, you're not just a number here. Special thanks to our housekeeper Meisha-Gay, so accommodating and such a wonderful job keeping our room square. THANK YOU Monique at the breakfast buffet, she made it all so nice for us.
In lieau of this area getting hit by a life changing hurricane our stay didn't miss a beat and we had as great a time as we did the first time we went there. Thank you PRINCESS, we will be back before years end."
