I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone. The staff is friendly and pleasant (front desk does need to work on communicating better with each other) but my fiancé amd I had an amazing time ! Food was AWESOME and very fresh, something I’ve found lacking at other hotels I’ve been to. We had such a great time, we’re considering having our wedding there.

My experience was amazing my entire stay.The staff were exceptional always friendly. We stayed in the platinum club and had a butler who went above and beyond daily to ensure all our needs were met. The room was very clean . We had a great ocean view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The food was delicious and they offer a great variety of food to choose from.

Our stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort was absolutely amazing. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff truly stood out, everyone was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities were top-tier, from the pools to the dining options, and the adults-only atmosphere made it peaceful and relaxing. Everything felt luxurious and well maintained. The Princess resort was an amazing time. Starting with the staff, every person encountered were polite and helpful. The staff was wonderful. The property was quite clean and aesthetically pleasing. Shuttle service to get around was an added plus. The food was decent for resort food. The hibachi was delicious. My only complaint was the pool bar hours, only from 11-6. Overall, great time at Princess. Would return.

Overall it was pretty good. What they can improve is their internet connection throughout the resort. Stuff was very friendly and welcoming everywhere. It was clean. We did not do the spa so I can’t say anything about that.

The resort is beautiful just know that if you are not premium club rokm service is an additional $15 per service and well as premium liquor is only for premium guest or up charge as well. Staff is amazing. Food I would give a 6 buffet does not have a wide selection. The night club is freezing bring your jacket. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the resort. I stayed on the adult only side.

Was our second time visiting this wonderful property, truly a paradise, and a home away from home. The place is stunningly beautiful and relaxing, the food was terrific and the staff was wonderful and expertly trained when it comes to keeping their guests happy and fulfilled. Thank you Kym, it was nice to see a welcoming face, and those things are what makes it so special, you're not just a number here. Special thanks to our housekeeper Meisha-Gay, so accommodating and such a wonderful job keeping our room square. THANK YOU Monique at the breakfast buffet, she made it all so nice for us. In lieau of this area getting hit by a life changing hurricane our stay didn't miss a beat and we had as great a time as we did the first time we went there. Thank you PRINCESS, we will be back before years end.
