"We spent an amazing week at the Luther St. house with another family (4 adults, 5 teens). The bedrooms fit everyone comfortably and the house had everything we needed, from kitchen and cooking supplies to games. Lily was super responsive and the check in and check out process was smooth, easy, and seamless. We’d love to stay again during our next trip to Peak’s!"

"Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. There is a "pantry" on each floor with free coffee, tea, pastries, fruit and yogurt in the morning. And in the afternoon they refilled it with cookies and waters. We enjoyed breakfast sandwiches from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. There are plenty of seats in the garden to relax outdoors after a day of sight seeing and shopping. The hotel is in a perfect location right on the corner of two main streets and steps away from shopping, restaurants and the wharf. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend it."

"The room was clean. Check in was easy. We didn't find the refrigerator until we were leaving, it was hidden very well. View out the window was a brick wall. No information about restaurants or things to do in the area. Glad we only stayed one night."

"Highly recommend. The house and island was exactly what we were hoping for our relaxing and peaceful family vacation. The home was as presented on VRBO. Everything was clean and linens were fresh upon arrival. The communication with owner was excellent. First floor was spacious and comfortable to hang out in with a gorgeous view of water. It was amazing to wake up to see sunrise from the second floor. The kitchen had all appliances needed so that we could cook and eat at home. We used the washer and dryer and both bikes.Only suggestion (not house related) is if visiting the island during busy times, be sure to rent your golf cart prior to your stay. They are both super fun and practical to use so you don't want to miss out. We will be back!"
