"I was at this boutique hotel during a hurricane category five. The hotel had an emergency plan in place and back up generators with plenty of fuel. We ended up staying an extra week and the management gave us a substantial discount for the extended stay because of the hurricane. The manager also helped us locate anti-seizure medication for my epileptic son. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us as we’ve never been through a hurricane before. I would definitely trust my children to come here as I know they would be well taken care of."

"I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon. "

"Let me start off by saying this resort was so beautiful and the staff are all so friendly. It was very clean and so many things to do on this resort! Ingrid and Garth too great care of me and my husband during our stay. We were unfortunately stuck due to hurricane melissa and Ingrid and Garth kept us updated and informed immediately and was also open to any concerns or question we had. They also ensured that we were safe and indeed we were! This resort still had their buffet open to guest after a Catastrophic hurricane and bars were still open for us. They gave use 3+ free nights and were very understanding. I cannot expressed enough how much we appreciate you both Ingrid and Garth! Me and my husband will definitely be back soon as Jamaica recovers from this very devastating situation. This two definitely deserve a raise because you do not run across Amazon people like them very often in the customer service industry. "Travellers Beach Resort Truly Cares! My husband and I stayed at Travellers Beach Resort in Negril from October 21–November 2, 2025, during Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm. The staff went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and comfortable — bringing snacks, water, and meals to our rooms, keeping power on with generators, and staying in touch through WhatsApp. Even when flights were canceled, they extended our stay at a reduced rate and continued to serve with smiles, kindness, and compassion — even while some couldn’t reach their own families. They also helped non-guests who needed shelter, showing true humanity. Travellers Beach Resort made us feel like family during one of the toughest times, and for that, they’ve earned our loyalty forever. We can’t wait to return!
