Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma
10/10 Excellent
"We were greeted upon arrival, staff is very polite. A few went above and beyond. We did excursions and rides off site but not thru the hotel, we did those on our own. We had the premier swim up suite. We will definitely be back."

10/10 Excellent
"Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the food was amazing! Odaine from the mombay restaurant was an excellent waiter so happy and always treated us great and Ashanti also in the Bombay for breakfast was excellent waitress so happy to serve us! The cleaning lady for 2734 was great our room was always clean and fresh and the fridge was always stocked never had to ask for anything. Such a great staff!"
"We stayed in a junior suite pleasure room, the O-suites. The room was nice overall and loved the mirror over the bed but did our jacuzzi went out the first 3 nights of our 5 day stay. The food wasn’t great and everything tasted as if it was seasoned the same. $15 up charge for room service and the food was horrible. 2-3 hour wait to get in for dinner every night. And even though we stayed on the adult side all restaurants are on one floor with the family side and there was no way to make a reservation. The resort was nice overall but the food lacked taste of the culture or any seasoning. The only place I enjoyed was the steakhouse. We missed the first night of our stay due to flight delays we had no control over. After Expedia went back and forth with them trying to negotiate a refund for the first night the resort responded saying it wasn’t their problem and then all of a sudden they were fully booked and could not grant us another night of stay (even for up charge). Overall didn’t feel valued as someone staying there. The staff were very friendly but I think the resort needs to make some changes as far as food and activities. It was very boring with almost no nightlife or reflection of the Jamaican culture. Also I heard that if you pay for the butler upgrade that your experience may be better. I personally would not return to this resort. They were very strict on dress code as well for it be an adult only resort. Ladies if you’re thick and beautiful stay somewhere else!"
"We travelled with 5 in our party for a total of 3 rooms and met our friends there. The property is pristine and the staff are all AMAZING. The food and beverages were all delicious. The staff sets this place a part, very accommodating and friendly! I love the "Welcome Home" because it truly feels like a family at Travellers. The property gives back to the community in big ways and nyou can tell that the staff truly love their jobs and feel valued by management! "

4/10 Poor
"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say, though the stuff that I’m saying was very dry was in the buffet only everywhere else they were good and amazing and the energy was there"
"Pros:
Best location!! Amazing beach! Clean pools!! Great water pressure! Comfortable beds. Denise from housekeeping was amazing and had our room clean at all times.
Outdated rooms. Needs painting and brightening up. Should have a mini fridge in every room for free! Billiards table is mashed up, missing a ball too!! Crossing the road could be challenging for some. "
"Tons of pools to lounge in for people of all ages, no issues finding a chair either. Beach is just steps from the pools and entertainment going all day long to keep everyone entertained! Staff are very polite and the rooms and facilities are all kept very clean"
"The food overall and the location were excellent. The evening events were awesome. Silver Birds hands down a blast! The Michael Jackson tribute group was cool. And the catamaran trip with snorkeling and Margaritaville was so much fun! Office of Nature down the Beach was a fun spot. Best resort trip by far!!"
