This is a perfect place to stay in Lisbon. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was not close to the sights Like St. George castle, but there are a lot of transportation options including Ubers and taxis. Our taxis from the airport was 20 Euros and we found that to be reasonable. The plus for us were the delightful, helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel also has one of the top sushi restaurants in Lisbon. We were not planning on sushi as we wanted more traditional food. We tried it on the first night we were there and had to go back as it was so good. Breakfast was a buffet with so many wonderful options. The staff in the restaurant were always friendly and efficient. We think this was a great place to stay on our first visit to Lisbon.

The hotel is in a rowdy, bar area. The Pink Street is directly below the hotel. Lots of rivalry!

Had such a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel allowed us to walk to all the parts of the city we wanted to see. The hotel staff were great and accommodating, they were happy to help with any and all questions.

overall we had a good stay and the staffs are really nice however i would lime point out two issues - 1. there was water leaking in my bathroom nothing major but fix didnt make right away even after we informed. 2. you can hear next rooms quite easy, this sometimes bother your sleeps at nights

We didn’t know much about this area but are so happy we chose to stay here. The hotel is beautiful! The room we stayed in was a perfect size for 2 of us. It’s also connected to a restaurant and really close to some popular dining and entertainment. Super happy with this choice and definitely recommend!

Great central location close to the metro, easy to get to from the airport. Very busy area, loads of restaurants and easy walk to central shops and some of the main attractions. We had a river view room, very spacious and clean and I believe less noise from the bars in Pink St, I only needed my earplugs once. Theres only an expresso machine, no kettle, but you can leave out the coffee pod to get just hot water for tea, but you'll need a bigger cup!

Clean, comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Location was super-convenient, but SO noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, but proximity to sports/theme bars and the ghastly Pink Street means constant noise.

The staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and accommodating. We reached the hotel earlier than our check-in time only wanting to leave our luggage, but to our surprise our room was ready so we were able to check in early. It’s a clean hotel in a great location. You can easily walk into the city and see a lot of the sights. Also in walking distance to the metro station, tram stop and the ferry terminal. However, it gets very noisy at night in this area! We struggled to sleep throughout our whole stay here as the bars stay open till very early hours of the night but also the pillows in the rooms are not comfortable, too flat and soft.

There was black mold in the corner of the window, I was not happy to pay a premium for a river side view to see the mold by the window. Bathroom was large but entryway posed a tripping hazard. And the temperature of the shower was unmanageable. Going home without a shower rather than risk getting burned again. It’s a great location for walking but I won’t come back

I loved the room with the balcony. Room was clean and comfortable. It was walkable to every location. The only thing that limits me from giving 5 Stars, is it is right on top of pink street and the noise from the bars goes on until 4:30 AM. The did give ear plugs to help with the noise. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating

As other reviews have touched on, the hotel is close to pink street so noise can be an issue however the staff took care of this fast and moved me then continued to go above and beyond during my and my young sons stay. Notable people include yasmin at breakfast and Davide the front desk manager. When I had an issue with the noise the staff reacted quickly and turned a very negative situation to a very positive one which shows how standout this hotel is which is why I am writing this positive review. This was the Complete opposite experience to the hotel I stayed in in Berlin, Melia which turned a complaint into a further negative experience so LX boutique really stood out in my 3 weeks of travel.

Great property and location - be prepared to bring ear plugs depending where your room is located w/I the hotel. The bars across the street are LOUND until 5am. If you can sleep through a bit of noise (or request a room opposite the bars across the street) I would definitely recommend!

Overall nice small hotel and very convenient location but DO NOT come here unless you are a very heavy sleeper or all night partier. Loud music can be heard and felt throughout the hotel until 6am, even if you use ear plugs and get a room in the back. Would also be nice to have coffee and tea in the room. That seems like a pretty basic amenity almost everywhere else.

This hotel is in a busy area, it was perfect for us, the main station was just across the road. It’s a fab hotel, the breakfast was fantastic & our friends had dinner & said it was also superlative. The staff were lovely & super helpful. The room was not huge but immaculate.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. They were very accommodating. We got tor the hotel early and they readily stored our bags. And when one of our bags arrived late the next day they informed the baggage handler I was on the way. Very kind in offering directions and listening to my bad puns on various items. Easily conversed in English and my broken Portuguese. A bit of a challenge getting out of the taxi as he had to stop in the middle of the narrow street. But the drivers were nice. Just know there’s limited parking.

What works for the hotel is its excellent location. The room was clean. Service was smooth. The view from the room was great. But the room was also quite small and ascetic (and this was a Superior room, so not the lowest category). I mean, not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a robe, towel and such. The only towel bar is *inside* the shower, which means that the towels would immediately get wet. Also, we were not provided any shampoo/conditioner/body wash initially and had to call and request them.

Things missing from my room.
Things, medications, tweezers, scissors, toiletries were missing from my room. So, do not trust that your things are secure. Missing medications was a problem. I was not able to replace them. The room was clean and location convenient, the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not stay here.

Incredible location
The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms were nicely appointed with attention to detail. The location is great to tour Lisbon, it could be loud with its proximity to bars and restaurants but the provided ear plugs were a helpful suggestion to help with that potential problem.
