We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very affordable and location wise is not too bad to get to anywhere in town for sightseeing. Plenty of nice restaurants closeby for convenience and has easy access to several different metro lines for ease of traveling around too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lisbon short break
The Zenit Lisboa is very convenient for the metro as just 100 yards from Saldanha station. The hotel is clean, tidy and staff friendly with good English. A day trip to Cascais by train for just 3 euro from Cais do sodré, was really easy and a beautiful town to explore or just sit on the beach.

Overall it was great; super clean and nice room. The only thing I can provide as feedback is that we were surprise that the entrance didn’t have a ramp or elevator, and to enter the hotel you’d need to carry your suitcase down 8-10 steps. Otherwise, amazing experience.

Lovely stay at the Zenit
The hotel is super nice and clean. Lovely & very helpful staff. Close to Metro station which is always useful (this line also arrives straight to/ from the airport) A shopping mall is close by. Highly recommended

Shower may not be acscessed, because a glass door blocked by washtable. Dusty coach and chear probably being never vacuum cleaned. A bounches of hairs of previously guests are scattering on. One night of alergie suffering....

The staff were so helpful and personable. The room was beautiful with a small balcony and the food was the best I tasted in Lisbon and I have been to Portugal more than a handful of times.My favorite part was ordering the room service!

clean modern hotel. Right next to the metro which takes you directly into old town. Rooms were a lot smaller that the pictures appeared which makes a difference if you’re planning on staying for more than a couple of nights. We were there for a week and the room was just far too small. Towels were not changed daily even though they were left in a bundle in the bathroom - I think they were changed twice during our one week stay.

I liked the location of the hotel, how clean the rooms were (we stayed there twice during our trip). The check-in process was not good. It took for ever. The young man at the reception desk did not seem to know what he was doing. When we got to our room the AC was not working so we had to ask for another room. Unfortunately the second time we checked in at the end of our stay in Portugal, we came across the exact same issue. Same young confused man, lengthy check-in process and the AC in our room was not working. They said they needed to reboot the AC in our room. I specifically asked to let me know when it would be back up. They never called. I had to call twice to get an answer. The staff at the restaurant were very pleasant.
