An enjoyable stay overall at the Grape Harbor Apartments. The room was a good size for our family of 4 with a corner balcony view of the streets which was lovely. King bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed also. Rooms are clean and serviced and restocked everyday. Room also has washer and dryer which is very handy when staying over 5 days. Every morning an assortment of bread rolls, croissant and tarts are hung in a bag on the door outside the room as well as eggs, milk and cheese in the fridge. This really made it easy for us for breakfast as the Grocery store is a bit of a walk away. Apartment is very centrally located and walkable distance (although hilly) to many attractions. A very nice stay here.

Amazing gem of a hotel.
We absolutely loved the grape harbor apartments. It was in a great location, the rooms were very comfortable, the food for breakfast was very fresh and plentiful and the staff was extremely accommodating abd friendly. A big thanks to Alice, Martin, Beatrice and Rodrigo. The only issues for us was that the road was under co structuring and the taxis abd Ubers needed to pick us up a few blocks away. It was nit an issue for us but it was a little challenge for my 82 year old father with mobility issues. However the staff did everything they could to help us with this and we really appreciate the effort they took. We will definitely refer them to our friends when they visit Lisboa.

The host at the front desk was very nice. She helped us a lot with our trip, and she spoke very good English. The area around the hotel had construction, and there was a considerable amount of graffiti around the area. The location was excellent, and we felt safe both day and night. The breakfast that was included was some bread at the door in the morning. They put eggs, fruit, etc in the fridge and we had to make our own breakfast.

Great location but what made this stay so pleasant was the wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk. Cleaning staff wonderful. Assorted rolls delivered every morning to your room. Refrigerator stocked with breakfast/snack items, water, milk replenished daily. Even a welcome bottle of wine-great place!

Absolutely fabulous! This property met our needs in spades! Clean, spacious, and quiet! Was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Communication before arrival was impressive! They even left us a bag of fresh pastries and Lisbon’s signature tarts for breakfast!! Staff stored our luggage until it was time to embark on our cruise the last day. They went above and beyond!
